We are a London-based consultancy founded in 2016. Our mission is to solve learning and behavioural problems by creating bespoke analytical tools.

We design and develop technology that suits individual learning needs - working with global service-based businesses across sectors to disrupt the status quo of the training industry.

Our mix of Organisational and Clinical Psychologists, along with Developers and Product Designers, have helped utilise psychometric testing in order to best develop individual learning programmes. By collecting data on individual learning preferences and capabilities, we let data drive our decision making - creating optimal learning solutions tailored to the individual delegate.
